Return & Refund Policy

1. General Terms

At Store.RentForEvent.com, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the conditions outlined below:

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized. Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been customized or specially ordered.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team to request an RMA number.
  • Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Step 3: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Inspection and Restocking Fees

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the item’s purchase price or a minimum of $25 (whichever is higher) may apply.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

9. Warranty on LED Panels and Pixels

  • LED Panels: All components, except for dead pixels, are covered by a two-year warranty. If any component fails due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • Dead Pixels: Dead pixels in the LED modules are covered by a six-month warranty. If any pixel becomes defective within this period, we will replace it free of charge.
